Friends, comrades, fellow wayward saints, welcome at last to BLNDSGHT- a compendium of my artwork meticulously compiled under an idiosyncratic banner. This site is a labyrinth, composed with looping passages, dead end hallways and trapdoors, filled with hidden riddles for your discovery and bewilderment. It’s a funhouse of mirrors where you will unearth a gallery of curiosities around every corner. The expansive repertoire of artistic media herein represents two decades of relentless labor. By no means comprehensive, it is rather a select presentation of highlights from my formative years through today. I insatiably pursue a passion in diverse disciplines: painting, drawing, collage, graffiti, street art, assemblage, installation, performance, and miscellaneous oddities. Aside the exhaustive and exhausting seventeen-year tattoo yield, all else has come in isolated bursts of precious and limited duration. What you will find is the culmination of prodigiously inventive artisanal craft that cannot stop manifesting the arena of the visual. The muses have seduced me. The songs of the siren have lured me in. I live and breathe art. It pumps through my blood as rivers to the sea. It is all that I am, and all I shall ever be. So without further ado, I hope you enjoy your visit through these winding corridors of my imagination. Or, I say, my BLNDSGHT. When you have taken in much of the show, the only way to properly exit is not to the left, not to the right, but into the heart and soul of this coil, through my recently created poem entitled, “ocean of twine.” That is, of course, if you’re clever enough to find it.

With utmost anticipation,

Watson Atkinson
